My wife and I contacted Jason after finding a home listed here on Zillow. We met at the initial property for a walk-through. We found him to be very polite, professional, and concerned that we would find the property that we wanted. After a few walk-throughs we finally made an offer on the home we eventually closed on. Jason gave us some great advice on things to consider with regard to how much to offer. We had a few challenges with the seller and the seller's agent during the process from our home inspection, the loan approval, and the final closing. It was frustrating at times, to say the least, but Jason and his broker, Paul Dunbar, were very supportive and never gave up. Whenever we needed to update or sign any forms or paperwork, Jason would send those immediately which we could e-sign. There was never a delay. On one occasion, before the contract was finalized, we had someone coming to the home to look at possible repairs, and Jason made the effort to get the key, meet us at the house early on a Saturday morning to open up (his wife and son were with him), and then leave town for an out-of-state weekend trip. That is real service.

It was great to work w Jason. He was professional and knowledgeable, taking the time and effort to ensure he knew my wants/needs in home purchase. He stayed in contact throughout the entire process, consulting me and was humble. Ultimately, it made me feel welcomed to the new city and neighborhood, which is what one would want when buying.
